How do I create multiple text boxes within a single box.

There is an example of what I mean at

http://www.postoffice.co.uk/broadband-phone?tmad=c&tmcampid=550&campaignid=PPC_TEL

Where you have the HomePhone and Broadband Premium box but then what appears to be 3 separate text boxes within it.

Good question.

Likely you will need to understand what is the html div element. reference

Create 1 div and put 3 more divs inside, something like this:
```
<div>
   <div></div>
   <div></div>
   <div></div>
</div>
```
Then you typically use CSS to arrange the three within the one. reference

Good question, Really doesn’t have anything to do with WordPress … It’s just html and css to create the appearance of “text boxes”.
