Multiple select research

Hello,

First thank you a lot for this wonderful plugin 🙂

I am currently building profile pages, and I just added a Skills field with the multiselect option. It works great in profile pages.

However, in the Directory research Area, it is not possible to select multiple elements. I tried to force the field in directory to be multiple select. Unfortunately, when the request is sent, skills will get two values and the second one will erase the first.

Is there a way to allow multiple element selection for research in Directory ?

Ex: User 1 has skills in Marketing and business, User 2 in Marketing and Engineering.

I would like to allow people to search for Margeting AND business and thus get only User 1 as a result.
