Hello there,
I hope you’re doing well :D.
This is because the filters will hide all terms that doesn’t match with the current selection. If you use a taxonomy field and you select one term. The plugin will filter for the first term and hide the others because the filtered products are not from other terms.
In order to allow to filter by other terms, you should set the “OR” option on “Multiselect relation” section.
Maybe in this way it can help you to get your goal.
Please, try it and let me know if it can help you.
Have a good day.
Hello,
Appreciate the quick response. I should have realised this, a very basic feature to enable.
The issue I am having now is having the correct categories appear on the correct pages. I have enabled “Auto-populate with all terms”.
On my live site category filter, it automatically recognises the child categories of the parent category page. Once this has been implemented with the Yith filter, I should be able to start using it.
