Hello @simonglaister,
Thanks for contacting us. Regarding your query, we have tested the same scenario at our end, and it is working correctly. We recommend verifying the settings and conditions of the second rule to ensure it is set up correctly. Additionally, please check for conflicts between the two rules and with any other plugins or custom code that may be affecting the same functionality.
If you still require assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team by providing the access to your test site.
Thank you. All sorted… interface error. (The Interface between the computer and chair)
Hello @simonglaister ,
Glad to hear that everything is functioning well on your side. Please don’t hesitate to inform us if you have any additional concerns in the future.
Hi there,
For products with variations the original prices are displayed on the shop screen as apposed to the role based pricing. This is a problem as we do not want to original / standard pricing to be known to the role based pricing customers. Please advise.
Many thanks.
Simon
Hello @simonglaister,
Based on your inquiry, the issue you’re facing with the plugin is related to its compatibility with variable products. The free version of the plugin only supports simple products, which explains why there is a discrepancy in the correct implementation of role-based pricing for variable products.
If your business places significant emphasis on variable products and role-based pricing, upgrading to the premium version of the ELEX plugin could offer a suitable resolution. This upgrade will provide you with the comprehensive functionality required for both simple and variable products.

Hi there,
Thank you for that. I have updated to the premium version and there is an improvement, however it still seems to reflect the original pricing on the product listing on the shop home page but when you navigate into the product now it is reflecting correctly. Am I able to send you screenshots ?
Hello @simonglaister ,
Yes, you are welcome to furnish us with screenshots. We have also carried out an assessment of the shop page on our test site, and the prices seem to be correct. Hence, we kindly request you clear your cache and revisit the pricing to see if the problem persists. Attached, are the screenshots for your reference.
