Multiple queries

I have multiple queries. My site is http://www.bonfriends.org

1) When I add more pages, the top menu comes to second line which is ok. But that second line gets hidden under the posts. even on homepage also. How can I solve this?

2) I have 2 pages under the parent page “About”. I want like, when I take my mouse to the About Page in top menu, it should show those two pages under it.

3)When a user is logged in his/her facebook/twiiter account in different tab, then he should not have have to write their name, email n site for commenting. How can site automatically detect that the user is already on facebook, without clicking on connect via facebook.
