Multiple notification rules

I would love to be able to set of multiple “notifiers”. Instead of just sending a notification to an email address(es) when there is a post with the status “pending review”, i would like to be able to send joe@example.com a notification when there is a new post (pending or otherwise) in the “Events” post type and sam@example.com a notification when there is a new post in the “Jobs” post type, etc. Also would be great to be able to customize part of the subject line.
