Multiple Intallations On One Server/ Hosting Account

Hello, thanks for the great plugin.

I wanted to know if there is a way to install Better WP Security on one hosting account with multiple installations, which will cover all the installations or websites instead of installing/ using the plugin on each one of those sites on one hosting account. Seems like installing the plugin on each one of the websites running on the same hosting account is slowing down the websites.
