    We have different programs under our CAPP program. Does the form allow a pop-up according to if a box is checked or not. We want to create a intake form on the main page and if a specific box is checked can the form for that specific program open or pop-up? Let me know if you have any questions.

    I need to find out if I can have pop-ups on this form (Connection Card) when an a multiple choice item is selected. Or do you have another plugin with will work with the Form Maker or a separate plug in that will do what I need. Thank you
