Multiple forms in a slider

I’m trying to make a slider of multiple forms, much like the one halfway down the page in the Bethlehem Demo on your site.

I’ve been trying to build it on Slider Revolution, using post meta fields, but got stuck when I found that _give_form_earnings is stored with six places after the decimal, etc. (Not to mention that I wouldn’t be able to generate the sexy progress bar in that robust-but-limited interface.)

I checked your great docs and even the snippet library, but couldn’t find anything ready-made to generate such a slider.

(I also dig the Bethlehem form archive page, too…)

Am I missing something? Anyone out there built this and shared it already?
