Will your plugin allow me to do the following:

I want a dropdown with 5 employee nomination types. When a type is selected the user will fill out that form (nominees details, nominators details and motivation details). The form gets saved and the user selects the next nomination type from the dropdown and fills out the form. Once the user has filled out all the nomination types they want (they don’t have to fill out all 5) they can submit the form. Is this achievable with this plugin?

    Hello, @pyro2509!

Thank you for posting your question!

Seems like the required features are not a part of standard form functionality.

Form Maker might help you, in case you do not mind to have separate submissions for each nomination type users select.

If this is alright with you, you can set your form using Conditional Fields of Form Maker.

    1. Add a Select Box field with options for each nomination type.
    2. Correspondingly, add all form fields, which need to appear when users select a nomination type.
    3. Go to Form Options > Conditional Fields page and configure conditions, based on which the nominee/nomination details will appear.

For example, a condition for your form should have the following logic:

Show [Nominee Details Field 1] if any of the following match:
    [Nomination Type] is [Type 1]

Let us know in case there’s anything else we can assist you with.
    Thanks! Have a wonderful day!
