Multiple Flat Rate Shipping

Hey there

I see that WC only allows one Flat rate, but what I need is:

1) flat fee standard (in the US)
2) flat fee express (in the US)
3) flat fee Canada
4) Flat Fee International (so, any country other than the US and Canada)

I have found a plugin called “woo-extra-flat-rate”, but it seems that will only solve the issue of items (1) and (2) above, and won’t solve my multiple CAN/INTL requirement – items (3) and (4)

Does anyone have a solution?
