Multiple Failed Order notes and emails sent per order

Starting on 6/29/26 I noticed in the Order notes section on failed orders that we were getting multiple entries of “Email “Failed order” sent.” and both of the set admin emails are getting an email each time There is a minimum of 2 entries and I’ve seen up to 6. I do not believe prior to 6/26 that failed orders were even getting 1 “Email “Failed order” sent.” in the notes section. We are using the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin as a payment processor.
