    Starting on 6/29/26 I noticed in the Order notes section on failed orders that we were getting multiple entries of “Email “Failed order” sent.” and both of the set admin emails are getting an email each time There is a minimum of 2 entries and I’ve seen up to 6. I do not believe prior to 6/26 that failed orders were even getting 1 “Email “Failed order” sent.” in the notes section. We are using the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin as a payment processor.

    I understand your concern regarding the multiple “Email ‘Failed order’ sent.” notes appearing on failed orders and the duplicate email notifications being sent to your admin email addresses.

    To help us investigate this further, could you please share the following:

    • A copy of your WooCommerce System Status Report (WooCommerce → Status → Get system report).Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and paste the system status report in there. You can then share the link from pastebin with us.
    • A screenshot of the affected order notes showing the multiple “Email ‘Failed order’ sent.” entries. You can use the following tool for screenshot:https://snipboard.io
    • Confirmation of whether the issue still occurs when using the latest versions of WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway.

    Additionally, have you recently installed, updated, or configured any plugins related to email notifications, order management, automation, or SMTP services around the time the issue started occurring?
