multiple emails being sent

Hello,

I recently added about 80 email addresses to a notification using the routing feature in gravity forms. I had wp better emails as well as the welcome email editor plugin. I also naturally have another handful of plugins installed.

When I added the email notifications using the routing method some if not all of the users/recipients were getting up to four copies of the same email notification. I removed the code I had added to the functions file and it seems to have stopped sending multiple copies. I am wondering if this is a definite side effect of using this plugin and or if there is a way to re-enable the plugin and correct the issue. I disabled both of the plugins mention and the users seem to be just getting one copy as they should.
