multiple blogs on a single domain

Hi,
will wordpress allow me to do something like this:

1) Having sveral blog on mysite like: http://www.mysite.com/blogabout-pizza
http://www.mysite.com/blogabout-cakes
http://www.mysite.com/blogabout-pastry
http://www.mysite.com/blogabout-nintendo
http://www.mysite.com/blogabout-sonyplaystation3
http://www.mysite.com/blogabout-handheldconsoles

2) Having a uberblog with posts relieved form the first three blog at http://www.mysite.com/blogaboutFOOD

3) Having a uberblog with posts relieved form blog 4, 5 and 6 at http://www.mysite.com/blogaboutVIDEOGAMES?

4) Having posts from some users to appear, no matter the topic and the blog they post in, to appear in another blog at http://www.mysite.com/blog-with-all-the-posts-from-certain-users
