Multiple Blog, one server, different db configuration

I used xampp to install wordpress for our internal blog, it is up and running now. Now I have been told to create another internal blog. I went through this forum and was able to successfully create another db through phpadmin. Now I am lost. Do I have to edit the existing config file or create another one? If I am editing I will have to duplicate the information about db and change the db name, right? If I have to create a new one, what should I call it and where will I place it?
