    I’m not sure what you mean. If you have a multisite version of wordpress you can use my plugin on each sub site.

    I don’t have a multi version but i allow members to post on my blog and would be awesome if they could submit their own feeds. I would invite more members then.

    well, that has nothing to do with my plugin…you just give them admin access and they could then add feeds on the plugin.
