Quick question before I finish my setup. Is it possible to send the form notification to two different admin emails at the same time in the free version? Just wanna split the workload easily.

    Hi @morris00 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Yes, absolutely, you can send form notification emails to multiple admin email addresses in WPForms Lite.

To do this, go to your form builder and navigate to Settings → Notifications. In the Send To Email Address field, simply enter the email addresses separated by commas.

    For example:
    admin@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com

This will send the same notification to both recipients whenever the form is submitted.

By default, this field contains the {admin_email} Smart Tag, which sends notifications to your WordPress site administrator email. You can keep that tag and add another email address as well, like this:

    {admin_email}, support@yourdomain.com

We have a great tutorial on that here: https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/. And if you’d prefer, we have a video that walks through the setup process here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1NhfrXasti0

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @morris00 ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
