    Hi there,

I am a happy user of SEOpress. Now I translated my site in English with WPML, but I do not understand how to create a multilingual sitemap for my English pages, products and categories. If this is still not possible, how can I make make sure that my English site is indexed while not screwing up my Dutch XML Sitemap?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

thank you for being a happy user of SEOPress!

We automatically add all your languages in the same XML sitemaps.

We exclude pages marked as noindex and the ones with custom canonical URL to follow Google guidelines.

Note that sitemaps are just an aid for search engines.

It doesn’t prevent your pages to be indexed even if they are not listed.

We’re also working hard to support multidomain + multilingual xml sitemaps for WPML.

    Hi Benjamin,

Thanks for your answer. Is it correct that Top Level Domains (.com, .de, .fr, etc.) are not yet supported, but language directonary (.com/en/, .com/de/, .com/fr/, etc.) is working? Could you please confirm this?

And an additional question, do I have to change anything in my Google Search Console set-up?

    Thanks in advance!

Yes language directory works, it’s only when you have different domain names.

You just have to submit the index sitemap to GSC, nothing more:
