Multilanguage

Hi I’m using consulting template and I installed qtranslate plugin, everything was working good until I saw the responsive version, and there I found the language switcher is now showing properly.
I don’t think is about the plugin because if I use another theme it works good. Can you help me to see why is adding a Quotation mark after closing <a href> tag, like on the next example?
