Multi-page posts problem when on feeds

I wrote a post several pages long so have inserted a couple of <!–nextpage–> tags during the body of the post.
All is ok, except on feeds… When you read the post on feeds, you get all the text from the beginning to the first <!–nextpage–>, then nothing. How can I put there a “go on reading” or “continue” to let user understand that the post isn’t ended?
