    Does the free version support a progress indicator for multi-page forms, or is that a premium add-on only?

    Thanks for reaching out.
    We offer an add-on for multi-step forms. If that is what you mean, then it does come withy that. If you are using custom code to make a multi-step form then the answer is no.
