Multi language function

    I wonder how to translate the language into another and create the multi-language function in virtue. Appreciate it if you have detailed step by step instructions.

    You would have to use a plugin, if you need woocommerce support then WPML or mQtranslate are your too options, if you aren’t using woocommmerce then Polylang is another option. You can refer to each plugins documentation for step by step instructions.
