multi categories

Hi there,
Is it possible to have different categories and subcategories like this (example), I need some suggestions for the Subscription level menu:

IT Country Group:

Distributor A-it> Customer 1 A-it; Customer 2 A-it.
Distributor B-it> Customer 1 B-it; Customer 2 B-it.

FR Country Group:

Distributor C-fr> Customer 1 C-fr; Customer 2 C-fr.
Distributor D-fr> Customer 1 D-fr; Customer 2 D-fr.
—————————–

Each country has its distributors A-it, B-it, C-fr, etc.> ( ex. category with /it/).. ?

Customers who access their area (1 A-it or 1 B-it..)can see:
All Italian distributors pages (or subcategory).

But Customers cannot see:
the other Customers pages;
the distributors from other countries (ex. /fr/… cant reach /it/…).

I hope my need is clear.
