Mulitsite not so good

    I downgraded from 5.0 to 4.9.9 on the root site. WP Downgrade worked well. I keep it network activated so that the Dashboard shows 4.9.9 as the latest version (very nice feature!) But if I open a subsite (any one), the Dashboard shows “WordPress 5.1 is available. Please update now.” If WP Downgrade has been activated on the root site and “locked” to v4.9.9, why do all the subsites show the “Please update now”? Can WP Downgrade be updated to show the downgraded version for ALL subsites as well as the root site?
