For a global setting, look under Network Admin->Settings, look for ‘Site upload space’.
For individual sites, edit the site and on the ‘Settings’ tab, the very last item is ‘Site Upload Space Quota’.
im using hosting24.com i dont see that anywhere in my cpanel
Those settings are in WordPress, not cPanel.
Log in to your site and go to the Dashboard.
In the upper right, you should see a ‘Howdy …’. Click the little down arrow to the right and select ‘Network Admin’.
Then, follow the directions I gave earlier.
just gives me an option to edit profile and logout no “network admin”
Then either you are not on a Multisite installation, or you are not a Network Administrator.
i had it set on 3.2 as 128mb using the .httacess file .. but the upgrade to 3.3 made that moot wont work in php config on the server im hosted on has the upload set to 128m
