MU-Migration fails

    I am using a local dev setup (Laragon, and then Local Lightning) and get the same error when using MU-Migration.

    wp mu-migration export all mysite
    Exporting site meta data…
    Exporting users…
    Exporting tables
    Error: Unable to get the list of tables to be exported

    In both “systems” I am in the public folder. Any ideas here?
