We noticed that your site is currently in maintenance mode, so we are unable to view it directly at the moment. Could you please confirm a few details?
Where exactly are you trying to upload or replace these MP4 files, is it within a Masteriyo lesson’s video upload field, through the WordPress Media Library, or somewhere else? Also, when you try uploading, do you see any specific error message on the screen, or does it fail silently? If possible, could you also check the browser console for any errors during the upload and let us know what appears there?
Once we have these details, we will be able to look into this further and suggest the right fix.

Hey Hey – yes trying to load them in Masteriyo Courses. They’ve just written to me saying that they are not picking up a problem their side and showed my a time stamp video (which took about 30 secs to load). They suggest trying to load the videos through the media direct, see if that works. But just got a red notice underneath my page which said ” cannot get a valid response from the server”. So … maybe this server host cannot give me what I want. Can you recommend anywhere in SA (South Africa) or elsewhere, who is a good server host for LMS packages? Many thanks
PS yes you can’t get in because I’m on Maintenance mode at the moment I cant use my site until its fixed!! I can’t sell half a course. But I can give you login details privately?
