What theme are you using?
I went to https://www.airbnb.com and checked to see what they are using to display the video on their page. What I found was an id for belong-anywhere-slideshow as well as belong-video-player.
Then I tried Googling for both belong-anywhere-slideshow and belong-video-player but couldn’t find anything relevant. So, then I asked one of our programmers. He reminded me that Automattic’s Jetpack product might be what you need.
Thus I went here http://jetpack.me and read about VideoPress. Not sure if it will do the light box effect that https://www.airbnb.com employs nor full width but I figured it was worth a look by you.

@randy Sandberg Thanks a lot for the informative info , but dose jetpack create home pages since s i know it works as CDN for images, but not creating home pages for video backgrounds , plz advice
Not sure about Jetpack creating home pages, but I do know that it allows you to embed a video on a post or page. After, having uploaded your video to your WordPress.com account. That’s the rub, in that the service is a paid service. More info can be found here:
