Moving/Renaming WordPress gives get_permalink() Error

    I moved my wordpress files and updated the Site URL etc (and htaccess). My old URL is nowehere in the database or files as far as I can see but when I try to add/edit pages or posts I get a 500 Internal server error.

    ERROR:
    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@mystoryabroad.john-huston.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I have changed the theme to 2010 and disabled all plugins and the problem persists.

    To clarify, I copied all of the files (replacing any instance of “SEARCHFORTHIS_SignupURL” with “johnhuston”) and renamed the directory johnhuston.
    I then copied all of the tables into the same database but with a different table prefix (which I also updated in wp-config.php) and changed any instance of “SEARCHFORTHIS_SignupURL” with “johnhuston” in the tables.
