Moving /wordpress to root folder

So I moved all the files and folders from inside the “/wordpress” sub-directory into my root folder. I got rid of the original index file so there would be no interference. Now my homepage works, but none of the links will take me to their respective pages. The site worked perfectly while still in the “/wordpress” folder.

I’ve already started changing some of the links to remove the “/wordpress/” section of the address, but am stuck. Please help.
