Moving WordPress to main directory

Hello – I followed the instructions to copy over my wordpress site from a sub directory to the main directory and the files transferred, but now I can’t login to /wp-admin, so I can’t get into the admin panel. None of the styles or the them is coming over either, but the content is there… can anyone help?
