Moving wordpress from localhost to live site

This has been an annoyance that has plagued me for ages.

I recently found a plug-in that you install on your local host website, fill in the new domain address and path etc. It then exported the whole wordpress database dealt with serialization and everything. Then simply imported the SQL file into new database and it worked a treat! No problems!

Problem is…. I forgot what it was called. It was so so simple can anyone recommend one similar
