Moving WordPress

I have been building a CMS for a client on a testing server ie. http://testing.domain.co.uk and am almost ready to get the site live to eg. http:///www.domain.co.uk.

I hadn’t really given it much thought but didn’t want to undo all the good work id put in so far by making a mistake when migrating!

I am basically wondering if there are any preparations I should be taking prior to moving or if there are any knows issues when doing this?

i presume that i can use the same SQL database as its on the same server?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated
