moving the content over

I’ve created a layout for http://prettybigmouth.com/ however, as you can see, I need to move the text so it displays in the speech bubble. And I want to move the search bar and make them static. Where are the controls for these? I’ve tested a few different things but I’m nervous of breaking the whole thing if I don’t know what to change.
