Moving subscribers into arigato light

    I had 9k subscribers on a .com site. I recently set up a .org site. I moved them to the .org site at http://www.mazeingworld.com My two questions are how do i get them now into the arigato light for mass emailing? And how can I set up so that all new visitors sign directly into the arigato light?
