Moving Site Directory

    We recently updated the website and uploaded via a separate directory and edit the index.php to reflect the domain to point to the new directory (we keep the old directory for backup purposes).

    So:
    – http://netsoft.com previously point to /2011
    – http://netsoft.com now point to the new site directory /2012

    My question is –
    1. The domain URL looks fine and works great. However, upon accessing the admin.wp it reveals the /2012 path (only after logging in). Will this affect the SEO?
