Moving Search Bar

Im using the theme: NewGamer

Im wanting to move the search bar to be on the navigation bar on the far right. Then have a banner that fits above the navigation bar flush. Currently the theme says it recommends a 300 × 80 banner, Im assuming thats because of the search bar on the right. So my other question is once I have that search bar moved will it allow me to put in a full size banner?
