Moving Posts

Have two domains and only one uses wordpress 3.0.1. Now, need wordpress on both but need existing posts exported to the new installation. The existing posts will appear on both domains for a time. Just the posts from the database tables. Images path, categories, plugins, pages. No comments, and no users except the admin doing all the posts. I figure the way to do this is export the table contents and import into the new installation database. Hope this is as simple as it appears to me here. Question – Assuming you know this works, which tables do I need?
