Moving Host – Help Please

I am in the process of moving host.

I have already created a new database with the new host and uploaded all the files to the server.

Now I want to transfer my posts ( around 10) to the new host.

I have backed up MySql on with my old hosts and the file name looks like this

jds_db1.bak.dump

Now I want to now how do I import the posts to the new host.

Is there a chance I can get my posts back??
