Moving gallery from one server to another- backup

    Is there an easy way to move the nextgen gallery data from one server to another. I have had problems with a server and need to setup my site on a new one but I have a large number of galleries and need to backup what I have then import it to the new site. I see there is a ‘Recover form Backup’ option in manage galleries but can not see how to create the backup in the first place?
