    Hello,
I had Rank Math installed and removed before I installed Yoast SEO on my site. My SEO was done by means of Yoast, but now I want to switch from Yoast to Rank Math again, because Yoast is slowing my web-shop down a great deal.
All I need now is to import everything from Yoast. But the import/export feature of Rank Math doesn’t seem to be there. Also when I try to do it through the setup wizard, the option of importing is absent too. Even the help topic, in the settings of Rank Math that is supposed to lead on the page on how to import/export, is not leading there, but shows this article instead: Using Rank Math’s Setup Wizard to set up SEO on Your Website.. where nothing is present on the question at hand.
What should I do, to get it work?

  • You can import Yoast SEO data into Rank Math SEO from wp-admin.

Rank Math > Status & Tools > Other Plugins > Yoast SEO

Thanks a lot! I found it.

Tried importing, but strangely meta descriptions seem not to be imported properly for the products in my store. The meta descriptions of product categories are imported ok. Also, the meta titles of the products are imported ok as well, but not the meta descriptions of the individual products.

Either there is a setting that is preventing Rank Math from using these imported from Yoast descriptions or the descriptions are not being imported.

    Any clue?

    Hello @privatemixture ,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for not following up quickly and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You can follow this guide:
    https://www.matthewwoodward.co.uk/seo/reviews/rank-math/

and if the data is still not getting imported, and assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

and then import the data by activating only the Rank Math plugin.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hope that helps.

P.S. While we are at it, we highly recommend going through the following guides to set up the plugin completely and correctly:
