Moving Event Manager to another URL

Hi, I have events manager pro on one of my sites with bookings and user names already in. its a live site that I have events on along with bookings etc. What I need to do is export all the events users, everything to a new url intact. Is this possible? or can someone please point me in the right direction for instructions.
