moving data from different forum software

Hello

I would like to use wordpress for my forum board and so intend on using WP forum bolt on.

Can i transfer all the data i hold on the current forum (php bb) across to the word press application? how easy will this be ?

I tried to do it before, I finally just gave up and started my forum brand new on WordPress
