Moving a directory site to root

    I have a multisite located on domain.com/dev. I want to move it to the root site domain.com. I used duplicator and it worked, the issue is when I navigate anywhere from domain.com I get redirected to the /dev subsite.

    When I checked wp-config.php I noticed that PATH_CURRENT_SITE has /dev/ and I changed it to / but then the site gives me “error connecting to database”

    Please help.
