Moved to root directory from sub directory

I uploaded wordpress into its own directory then moved the files to the sites root, Im using godaddy so there isnt a .htaccess file for it. I’ve been trying to figure out what to do next, do I need to create a .htaccess file, and where can I find what info to put in there, or with godaddy do i just have to sit and wait for it to change by itself?

I made about 5-6 wordpress blogs before but havent had this problem, I use bluehost for myself but for this one im using godaddy for the other person.

you can see the blog it up but no page structure whatsoever, and I cant login to the admin area because it goes to the subdirectory which it was in.

any tips on what I need to do?
