I did.
It says if the URL stays the same, that the only thing that needs to be changed is wp-config.php and everything else is uploaded as is.
Try contacting your hosts. Right now, you’ve given very few details, so there’s not a lot we can do to help.

There aren’t many other details to give. I moved from one server to another, domain name stays the same. The only thing that changed was the database name, and I’m not sure why it doesn’t connect.
I called my host and they’re not sure how to fix the problem. They support MySQL so it should be able to run.
If you are experiencing database connection errors, the fault is either with your host’s database server or the database settings in your wp-config.php file.

Ok, I figured out the problem. WordPress couldn’t create the wp tables on the database.
