move to new host posting topic error

i got new hosting, and i moved my wp mysql trough export in phpmyadmin, i try to dumping the mysql to new hosting but i got error about TYPE:MySAM DEFAULT CHARSET LAtin1, so i delete that default charset latin1 and leave just TYPE MYSAM. so i begin upload the mysql to myphpadmin again and succesfully.

and i check my new site in new hsoting all link go to old site, include the posting topic link (permalink) go to old site. then i search all the words containe old site url and changed it to new hosting url.
again this sucsesfully….

BUT… something stranger the Permalink of the posting (title of post) is going be this :
