Motion Effects only works on mobile

    Hello!
    Please help enable animation on computers. They work only on a mobile phone. I tried to turn on different animations, turn off plugins, change the theme to a standard one, but nothing helps. It does not work in all browsers. Tested in chrome, mozilla, opera. There are no errors in the developer console (F12). Plugins installed:
    1. All In One SEO Pack
    2. Elementor
    3. Ocean Extra
    4. WPForms Lite
