Most appropriate theme for sharing news

Hi, I can find plenty of blog themes to use, but I want to build a site that shows a summary of news items found elsewhere and then link away from the site to each of those posts. It would still have categories etc. like a blog page, but wouldn’t link to a page on my own site (although I would also have my own separate blogs).

Any suggestions for a theme that can look like a blog site, but bring in imagery from the external site for each post summary, and then link away?
