More than 3 insert ads after paragraph?

I see 3 slots to insert ads after a paragraph. How do I do more than three?

I would like to switch out 3 different size ads, depending on device type, before the post content and in the post content after so many paragraphs, so I would need 3 inserts above article slots. I could find no information on how to do that on the pro version and there is no pre-sales inquiry form I could find.
